またはこれに隣接する場所で交通誘導警備をするためには、
交通誘導検定二級または検定一級資格者を配置しなければならない
花火や祭りなどのイベント警備では一区画ごとに雑踏警備検定二級または検定一級資格者を配置しなければならない
二区画以上になれば区画ごとに検定資格者を配置して、しかも複数の区画を統括する雑踏警備検定一級資格者をさらに配置しなければいけない
現金輸送・貴重品運搬をする場合、一つの車に貴重品運搬警備検定二級または一級の資格者を配置しなければならない
空港保安・核燃料運搬にも配置基準があり、 施設警備にも配置基準(駅・病院・学校)が課せられる
配置基準に反して 検定資格者を配置しないで警備業務をやれば、法律違反になって営業停止・認定取り消しになってしまう
つまり、その警備会社が配置基準のかかっている仕事を取るためには検定資格者が必要なのである
