9月１日　動物愛護管理法が施行された

○生後５６日を経過しない子犬や子猫の販売の禁止
○ペット販売時の対面説明の義務化
ペットも人間と同じように睡眠が大事である
すやすやと安心して眠れる環境がない限り長生きはできない
ペットの気持ちをわかろうとする感性がない人間は飼ってはならない
Animal protection Control Law was enforced on September 1
○ Prohibition of the sale of a puppy and the kitten which do not pass in 56 days after birth
○ Mandatory meeting explanation at the time of the pet sale
As for the pet, sleep is important in the same way as a human being
I cannot live long without the environment that can be unexploited in peace peacefully
The human being without the sensitivity that is going to understand the feeling of the pet must not keep it
