２１歳頃大学に通いながら
赤坂にあった大衆キャバレー「　ミカド　」にウエイターとして一年間勤めた
テーブル席のランプがつくと腰を落としてホステスさんに注文を聞いた
在勤２００名以上がいたと思われるが、戦争状態で忙しかった
寮もあったので離婚した女性が多く、子供を育てるのも必死だったと思う
いまもホステスさんの命のたぎりが耳にのこる
まだ日本が右肩上がりで景気が良い時期であった
キャバレーといえばもうハリウッドグループしか残っていない
