人間が最高に機能するには秩序が必要である
２０１３年７月２７日　隅田川花火大会に警備についた
各方面から警察官や警備員が動員され、配置についたが
部隊の行進をみるとその指揮系統がどうであるかがわかる
列が乱れたり、ダラダラと歩く警備員をみると訓練が足りないなあと思う
報告・連絡・相談という秩序も隊列行進を見ただけでわかるものである
