調子のいいことばかりいって行動しない
こころのこもった対話もできない
上に立つものが、勇気がない、勉強もしない、努力もしない
こんな上司のもとでは組織は死んでしまう
上が変われば、組織が大きく変わってくる

It reaches only that the condition is good and does not act
The talks that were full of the heart are not possible
