賢い生活習慣・食習慣が病気を防ぐ

①動物性脂肪や肉をたべすぎない
②食物繊維を十分取る
③ビタミンを十分取る
④便秘しないように規則正しい食習慣を心がける
⑤過労・ストレス・暴飲暴食をさける
ちょっとした生活習慣を気をつけるだけで
病気は防ぐことができる
妻の入院であらためて、賢い食事
あらためて生活を考えてみる機会になった
病気になってみないと本当の人の気持ちはわからない
