子育てで苦労した人は子育ての大変さがわかる
商売で悩んだ人は商売で苦労している人の気持ちがわかる
現場で悩んだ経験をした人は現場の気持ちがわかる
ペットを飼った人はペットが家族の一員であることがわかる
病気の人は健康な人よりやさしさが加わっていく
コーチングといっても経験したことしか伝えられないし、救えない
その面では真の苦労は真の財（たから）になることは間違いない
The sickly person understands the feeling of the ill person
The person who had trouble with child care understands importance of the child care
The person troubled with business understands the feeling of a person having trouble with business
The person who had an experience of having been troubled understands an on-site feeling on the site
The person who kept a pet understands that a pet is the member of the family
As for the ill person, ease increases than a healthy person
It is conveyed only what I experienced even if I say coaching and cannot save it
It is certain that the true trouble becomes the true fortune (treasure) with the aspect
