暑い日が続くが
思い出すのは
自衛隊入隊時、訓練で
背嚢背負い、長時間行軍したことである
機関銃がかりのため、重量が肩に疼いた
匍匐前進の時も、熱波が顔に張り付いた
自衛隊には感謝している
体を丈夫にしてくれたからである
どんな仕事についても
体が資本である
若い時は体をしっかりつくる
食事も含めて
これは大事なことである
