第一
仕事を創り出せる人、自らが燃えることの出来る人、自発能動の人
第二
他人に刺激を受け、自らも頑張れる人、負けずぎらいな人
第三
まったく燃えようとしない人、自己学習力の弱い人
会社を引っ張れるのは当然第一の人である
組織にはなくてはならない人である

The first
The person who can create work, the person whom oneself can burn with, person of the spontaneous active voice
The second
The person who is a person, unyielding spirit to receive stimulation to another person, and to be able to do its best by oneself
The third
The person who is not going to burn at all, weak person of the self-learning power
Naturally it is the first person that I can pull a company
It is a necessary person at the organization
