釈尊が説いた「方便現涅槃（ほうべんげんねはん）」とは
涅槃（ねはん）死といっても、再び生まれてくる方便（ほうべん）手段であると説く
疲れて夜眠るようなものである、朝起きればハツラツとした生命力になる
死をどのように迎えるかが大切になる
突然亡くなる場合もあるが、死は万物等しく訪れるものである
死とは次なる生への出発である
