高齢者を狙う、強引に送りつける商品　事件
こういう事件があることを拡散させるだけで、覚えているだけで被害は防げる
オレオレ商法の延長線上にある　勘違いさせて支払いをさせるのである
下記は国民生活センターに相談されている事案である
　「以前お申し込みいただいた健康食品を今から送ります」などと突然電話があり、申し込んだ覚えがないと断ったのに健康食品を強引に送りつけられるという相談が数多く寄せられている（注1）
2007年度以降相談件数は年々増加傾向にあり、2012年10月15日現在、本年度の件数は1,900件を越え、昨年度の同じ時期と比べて1.6倍となっている
　国民生活センターでは2012年6月に「見守り新鮮情報」第138号（注2）で注意喚起を行っているが、その後も相談が寄せられている。トラブルの中心は高齢者（注3）であるが、業者から「申し込んだのだから払え」と高圧的に言われ、押し切られて購入を承諾してしまう事例も多く見られる。判断力や記憶力の衰えた高齢者を狙って勧誘しているような事例も多い
