今日突然お客様から電話かかり、テレビが映らなくなったとのこと
“フリーダイヤルに電話して対処の方法を聞いてください”といった
だいたい、ケーブル線が外れているか、差し込みが緩いかである
結局は来てくれということで行ってみた
案の定、テレビ端子が外れていた
“費用はいくらですか”と聞いてきた

そーとくれる
言いづらい時、できた人は、あーうんの呼吸で理解する
感謝といっても、人は具体的にものがなければ、むなしいものである
それができる人と、できない人ではやはり違う
