電気設計の会社を経営している友人と久しぶりに酒を飲んだ
社員たちがくるから、何か話をしてくれと言われ
何年ぶりか会う社員たちの顔つきをみて感動した
顔ができているのである
仕事の楽しさを語り、大変さをかたり
そして苦労すべき時に苦労して仕事をものにすれば、輝いていくものだと
痛感した
サッカー、バスケット、ラグビー、剣道 何かしらの体育会系の出身らしい
非常に礼儀正しい
彼も苦労しながら育てていったのだろうと想像した
ふっと彼の結婚式を思い出した
サンパール荒川で自分のためたお金で質素にやった
若い時は苦労を買ってでもしなさいと言われる
それは苦労しないと本当に指導者にはなれないからだろう
苦労しないと本格派の人材にはなれないのである
その意味では青年には失敗を恐れず
雄々しく挑戦して苦労してりっぱな指導者になってほしいと願う
