小事は大事に通じる
細かいことを積み上げないと大きなこと成功にはならない
目先のことをおろそかにして、大言をはいてはならない
また先のことだけを心配する必要もない
今日の現実にどう立ち向かうという小事が大切なのである
努力と創意工夫でベストを尽くしていく
真剣なこの小事を大切にする姿なかにその人が輝くかどうかが隠されているのである
