組織は人間がつくったものである、時として理不尽な事がある
長が座っているだけで、場が明るくなる場合もあれば
暗くなる場合もある
不本意な言葉で傷つき、理不尽な仕打ちを受ける場合もある
信頼関係がなくなれば、人の心を踏みにじれば
人は離れていく
長は、大変な時こそ、声かけして部下を、励ましてあげなくてはいけない
そして率先して楽しい組織をつくる努力を重ねていくことである
I may be unreasonable as time when a human being organized the organization
A place may become bright only by the head sitting down or
It may become dark
I may receive the unreasonable treatment with the wound by unwilling words
If if a relationship of mutual trust disappears, I trample on the heart of the person
The person leaves it
When it is serious, it is a voice, or the head must never encourage a subordinate
And it is to repeat an effort to make a good organization proactively
