議員とか公務員が市民の幸せになっていく姿を見るのが最大の幸せであると
思って働いている市である
市民の幸せを第一に考える、それを生きがいにする
それが公務員の姿である
制度をどんなに変えても変わらない、人間が変わらなくては本源的に
かわららないものである
市民の意識が変わらなければ市の行政は変わらないが
どういう人間性の人が公務員として働いているかがその市の幸福度を決定付ける
What kind of local public entity why don’t be called into question with an ideal?
When it is the biggest happiness that a member of the Diet or a public employee watch a citizen’s figure becoming happy
It is the city which I think, and works
I make it which thinks about civic happiness to the first a definite aim
It is the figure of the public employee
When the human being who does not change even if change the system so much does not change; primarily
There are not tile and others
If civic consciousness does not change, the administration of the city does not change
I determine the well-being of the city whether a person of what kind of human nature works as a public employee
