米国の人事コンサルタント会社が世界２８ヶ国３万３０００人の会社員のやる気度を
調査した、そうすると最下位だったそうだ
その理由は
①わかりやすい目標の喪失
②会社への信頼感の喪失
確かに非正規労働は増えているし、労働時間は長く、賃金は低い
そしてろくな上司がいないとなれば、やる気も失せるというのはわかる
しかし、問題がない組織もないだろうし、世の中というのは理不尽なものだし
上司が期待できなければ、自分が頑張って変えると立ち上がるしかないだろうし
日本のように情報がありすぎると絞るのも苦労するだろうし
しかし
やる気という言葉に惑わされないで、目の前の仕事を一生懸命やってほしい
仕事がなければ、一生懸命、さがすか、作り出してほしいと願う
