１２年度補正予算案、若者、非正規から正社員化に６００億円計上された
非正規労働者から正社員化の流れを加速する強化策になっている
①若者を雇い、職業訓練を行う企業に最高で月１５万円を払う、最長は２年間
②職業訓練終了後正社員に採用、雇用が定着した場合、企業に１００万円支給
③対象者　３５歳未満
３人に１人が非正規労働者である、若者のスキル、能力アップ、正社員化は
待ったなしの政策である
若者が希望を持てる社会の実現は国家の最優先の課題である
