共生社会を実現するには、気がついた人間が改善をはかるしかない
学校を卒業した学生の三分の一が就職できず
就職した若者の三割が三年以内に辞める
希望をなくし自殺する若者もいる
身近に話しができる先輩がいないのか、サポートの場がないのか
悩みを打ち明けたり、相談する場が必要かもしれない
共生社会実現というのは
改善の場にいた人がメッセージを発信して改革を進めるしかない

I can deny 30% of the youth who found a job within three years
There is the youth who I get rid of hope, and commits suicide
Is not there a place of the support whether there is not the senior who can do a talk close?
I confide a trouble, and a place to talk about may be necessary
