若者たちと久しぶりにカラオケに行った

カラオケにいった
若者たちのパワーに圧倒され
彼らの方向付けをしっかりしてやれば
訓練をしっかりやってやれば
伸びていくものだと痛切に感じた
その面ではしっかり訓練できる職場が増えることが
必要であろう
